With technical experience accumulated in food machinery manufacture since 1950, we develop the stone-mill type grinding machine MH-2000-10SMZK which can adjust any clearance between upper and lower ceramic non-porous grinding stone freely. This type of grinding machine produces particles that are more round in shape and smoother with a more uniform grain size than any other crushing method to meet the demand of many industries such as foodstuff、pharmacy、chemistry and cosmetics.

Ease of clearance-adjusting between upper and lower grinding stones: Clearance-setting between two ceramic stones is very important for determining grain size and the quality of products. you may use the clearance adjusting handle to vertically move the lower rotary stone in 1/100mm increments.

Non-Porous grinding stone：Conventional grinders have a porosity of over 40％. While processing raw food material, the liquid containing nutrients enters the inner part of the grinding stone which will promote the growth of innumerable bacteria. Sometimes pores may cause cracks of grinding stone due to uneven heat distribution and thermal stress. Our non-porous grinding stone is the total solution to these problems.

3-speed control：Adjust rotation speed of grinding stone precisely by VFD(Variable-Frequency Drive). Rotation speed can be controlled to meet any quality demand of grinding ex. wet-grinding, dry-grinding, fast-grinding, and slow-grinding.
